Eurovision 2008 song contest - Romania
Wednesday,21 May 2008 19:18Yesterday evening, Nico and Vlad Mirita have interpreted the song-an edge in the world’s first Eurovision semifinals in 2008 and have qualified in the final competition, on 24 May, which will take place in Belgrade.
Until now, in the final competition were qualified in the first semi tracks representing Greece, Finland, Russia, Bosnia and Hertzegovina, Israel, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Poland and Norway. The second semi-Eurovision 2008 will take place on May 22. The final pieces are directly qualified to represent France, Great Britain, Spain and Germany and Serbia.
Romania will enter the final of Eurovision 2008 on the first position. Here are the representatives of Romania’s performance in the semi-Eurovision:

Really now … this isn’t a first place song , not now not ever …
Lots of people said we never won, because no one likes us, but that’s not true at all, we don’t deserve to win, not with this song …
You all should first hear this “Vivo per lei” by Andrea Bocelli and Laura Pausini … that’s music, when one of our singers will ever sing something more beautifull than that, then we’ll win…
